Surface finishing: heat treated before electroplated, color specified by customer
Minimum Order Quantity: 2,000 units, but the more the quantity, the more economic to the customer
Lead times:
about 15 days for tooling setup, about 10-15 days for bulk production
Price terms: FOB Shenzhen, China. But it's negotiable
Payment terms:
100% of tooling charge paid once invoice confirmed before starting tooling setup
30% deposit paid once invoice confirmed, 70% balance paid by TT before shipment. But it's negotiable
Process we can do:
Tooling setup, punching, tumbler milling/ polishing, silk screen printing/ PAD printing, foiling, chemical etching, wet painting/ powder coating, packaging.
